Who made the sale? ...Is a workplace training programme for service employees such as call centre agents, back office support staff and front line personnel.  

It has been specifically designed to minimise time spent away from the workplace. Of the approximately 40 hours learning time that is spread over 10 weeks:

Only 20% is spent away from the workplace.

 

The remaining time is spent engaged in on-the-job activities designed to help participants learn while they work. This allows learners time to absorb new information and practice new skills in bite size chunks.
